TMM completes Triumph residential project in Kyiv

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR: BUY) announced yesterday it completed the Triumph residential project in Kyiv. The building has a total area of 35,000 m2, and will be opened later this fall. Alexander Romanov: Triumph is the biggest of TMM’s six projects scheduled for completion in 2008. According to Collier’s appraisal dated December 31, 2007, the project’s NPV is USD 72.7 mln (61% of apartments were presold on the date of valuation).
