TMM Expects 2H07 Sales To Skyrocket 4-fold hoh.

According to the management of one of Ukraine’s largest construction and development companies, TMM (TR61 GR), in 2H07 the company plans to commission at least five residential projects: Chaadaeva-Yakuba Kolasa in Kyiv and Atoll (Klaptsova st), Druzhba (Druzhby Narodiv st), Cascade (Kuznechna st) and Flamingo (Bakulina st) in Ukraine’s second largest city Kharkiv. The company projects revenues from selling the five properties at USD 53.6 mln, while it estimates total sales in 2H07, according to UAS, at no less than USD 73.4 mln, 422% higher than in 1H07. In 2007, TMM’s management forecasts UAS sales of USD 87.9 mln, up 15.3% yoy. Yesterday TMM announced that it had completed construction of the Druzhba and Atoll residential complexes. The Druzhba complex is nine stories tall and has 19,868 sqm of residential space, TMM began the project in 2005. The Atoll consists of three buildings of two, nine and ten stories with 34,182 sqm of residential space. TMM began construction in 2003.
