TMM gets construction permission for Zhytomyr residential complex

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR: BUY) announced yesterday it received a construction permit for its 15 ths m2 business-class residential complex in Zhytomyr from the State Architectural and Construction Control Inspectorate. TMM plans to start construction there in September 2008 and complete the project in 2011. The project was valued by Colliers at USD 12.6 mln as of December 31, 2007.
