TMM Portfolio Revalued at USD 1.5 bln at Yearend 2007

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR: BUY) yesterday officially released its portfolio valuation by Colliers as of December 31 2007, which puts the portfolio’s value at USD 1.5 bln, vs. USD 1.1 bln at the end of 1H07. According to the company, six new projects were added to the portfolio, bringing the total number to 34, with a total combined area of 2,252 ths m2 (see our desk note today for more).
