TMM’s net income grows 4x y-o-y to UAH 90.4 mln in 2010

TMM Real Estate (FSE: TR61 GR) reported its 2010 financials according to UAS yesterday: revenue grew by 34% y-o-y to UAH 422.4 mln and net income jumped 4x y-o-y to UAH 90.4 mln. TMM put into operation two residential complexes in Ukrainian capital of Kyiv and four in Kharkiv in 2010, with a total area of over 120,000 square meters, according to the statement.
