Total public debt decreases 0.2% in January

Ukraine’s total public debt declined 0.2% in January to USD 37.7 bln or ~33% of GDP, up from ~20% of GDP as of end-2008. We expect Ukrainian public debt to stay within a manageable 41% of GDP in 2010.
