Transmashholding Gets Permission on Luhanskteplovoz.

Russia’s Bryansk Machine Building, which is a member of the Transmashholding group, the leading bidder for the state’s 76% stake in Luhanskteplovoz (LTPL: HOLD), received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee to buy the stake.
