Ukraine Cabinet prepares to get USD 3 bln loan from Moscow

Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution on December 18 to issue two-year Eurobonds for USD 3 bln with a 5% coupon rate and semi-annual coupon payments. The notes will be due for repayment on Dec. 20, 2015, according to the document. Earlier this week, Russia’s Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov announced that Moscow is ready to buy USD 3 bln in Ukrainian notes already this week.
