Ukraine Says Meat-Milk War With Russia Over.

According to Ukraine’s Agrarian ministry, the parties agreed to sign the relevant papers on February 16. Next week Ukraine’s delegation leaves for Moscow to prepare them. Russia prohibited imports of meat and milk products from Ukraine on January 20th, claiming Ukraine does not keep up with veterinary requirements. Ukraine’s milk industry estimated monthly losses in sales due to the ban were USD 50-60 mln, meat industry – at USD 12 mln.
