Ukraine's public foreign debt down 1.4% mom, internal up 6.8% mom in October

According to a Finance Ministry press release, Ukraine’s external state debt shrank 1.4% mom to USD 10.5 bln in October, while internal debt rose 6.8% mom to UAH 17.7 bln (USD 3.1 bln). Total public debt in dollar terms as of October 31 was USD 16.6 bln (8.8% of GDP).
