Ukrainian banks social media rankings published

A ranking of Ukrainian banks by followers on social networks was released last week by Prostobank Consulting.

Brad Wells: Many of the top banks in this study also received high marks in our “Investor Relations Online” survey from last month. That these social network accounts are by far more oriented toward local users (i.e. current and potential customers) backs up one of the main conclusions from our IR Online survey that most Ukrainian corporate websites (and by extension IT solutions) were more oriented in that direction than to investors. In addition, we were impressed by the shear number of followers from some of the banks.
