Ukrainian Mineral Water Producer Announces IPO Plans

IDS Group, Ukraine’s largest producer of bottled water announced yesterday that it plans to hold an IPO in 2009-2010. According to Nikolay Kmit, IDS’s General Director, the company still has not made an exact decision on the size or location of the offering. IDS products include the Mirgorodska, Morshinska, Alaska, and Sorochinska brands. IDS also imports and distributes Georgia’s Borjomi mineral water. The company’s sales in 2006 came to 291.3 mln liters.
