Ukrainian public debt down 0.9% mom in April

Total Ukrainian public debt decreased 0.9% mom in April to USD 17.6 bln, the Ministry of Finance said yesterday. Overall, public debt grew in 4M08 by 0.2%. External public debt rose 0.7% during the period to USD 13.9 bln.
