Ukrgazbank Completes Sale Of Mortgage-Back Securities

Ukrgazbank (UGBZ) announced that it had placed UAH 50 mln (USD 10 mln) in three-year mortgaged-backed securities with coupon of 10.5% paying quarterly. The bonds rated uaA by local Credit-Rating Agency were sold at 0.711% premium to par value (10.2% YTM).
