Ukrgazbank Sees Strong 5M Growth

Ukrgazbank (UGZB: BUY) boosted its net assets in 5M07 to USD 1.1 bln (+26.25% YTD). Its gross loan portfolio increased 51.7% YTD to USD 650 mln (retail clients accounted for USD 488 mln, an increase of 56.9% YTD, and corporate clients USD 161.4 mln, up 37.83% YTD). The bank’s lifted its 5M07 net income to USD 4.4 mln (from USD 2.5 in 5M06). Since the beginning of the year, Ukrgazbank has opened 41 branches to bring its total in Ukraine to 205.
