Ukrnafta Acquires 23 More Gas Stations (UNAF: BUY)

The company paid a total of USD 29.5 mn for the acquired network, an average of USD 1.3 mn per station, increasing its retail chain to 464 units. In addition, Ukrnafta has called for proposals for the construction of 1,000 new gas stations, in line with the government’s plans. The construction will be financed with credit Naftogaz received from Deutshche Bank earlier this year.
