Ukrnafta AGM fails to convene due to absence of shareholder register

This morning’s scheduled AGM of Ukrnafta (UNAF) did not convene due to the absence of the company’s shareholder register. Ukrnafta shareholders were due to consider distribution of profits and dividend payouts for 2006-2007.
