Ukrnafta Shareholders to Consider 2006 Dividend in January

At their EGM on January 23, 2008, Ukrnafta (UNAF: SELL) shareholders are scheduled to vote on 2006 dividends, according to a company release on Friday. The issue of a dividend payout was postponed at the company’s AGM on May 29. Vladimir Nesterenko: We expect Ukrnafta to distribute not more than 40% of its 2006 net income of UAH 2,413 mln (USD 478 mln), or UAH 17.8 (USD 3.5) per share. At the current market price of USD 74.6 per share, implied dividend yield is 4.7%.
