Ukrproduct to Increase Charter Fund by 6.4%

According to Ukrainian News, Ukrproduct (UKR LN: HOLD) shareholders will vote on a 6.4% charter fund increase, which would bring the company’s total equity to USD 39.6 mln at their AGM on March 24.
