Ukrsibbank Attracts USD 250 mln Syndicated Loan

Ukrsibbank announced that it had received a USD 250 mln two-year syndicated loan at LIBOR+1.1%. BNP Paribas, HSBC and Bayerische Landesbank organized the deal. Ukrsibbank is Ukraine’s third largest bank in terms of assets. BNP Paribas owns a 51% stake in Ukrsibbank.
