Ukrsotsbank May Not Increase Charter Fund, Court Says

On June 22, the Kyiv Holosiivskyi district court ruled that top-10 Ukrainian bank, Ukrsotsbank, could not increase its charter fund by USD 60 mln to USD 74 mln. Due to the court ruling, the bank decided not to hold its 12th share issue. According to the bank’s press service, the court materials, including the suit, have not yet been delivered to the bank and they are unaware of the facts surrounding the case.
