Ukrsotsbank to Double Charter Fund

Ukrsotsbank’s (USCB: BUY) Boris Timonkin said on Friday that the bank plans to increase its charter fund by 107.8% to USD 419.8 mln, Unian reported. Timonkin also said that Ukrsotsbank signed an agreement on a USD 150 mln subordinated loan with new majority shareholder UniCredit group.
