Ukrsotsbank to Increase Charter Fund by 3.2x over 2008-2010

According to Interfax, Ukrsotsbank (USCB: BUY) plans to boost its charter fund by 3.2x to USD 652 mln by 2010, following completion of its acquisition by UniCredit Group. The bank outlined the following timeline for the equity injections: USD 150 mln in 2008, USD 200 mln in 2009 and USD 100 mln in 2010.
