Ukrtatnafta Net Income Grows 28.4% In 2004

Ukrtatnafta, Ukraine’s largest oil refinery, finished 2004 with a net income of USD 23.0 mn, a 28.4% increase yoy. Ukrtatnafta’s dollar output totalled USD 1,562.4 mn in 2004. The company exported 2,628.7 ths mt of oil products for USD 446.4 mn (29% of sales), and 3,669.3 mt of oil products on the domestic market for USD 1,090.8 mn (71% of sales). Last year, the company received 6,715.1 ths mt and processed 6,618.8 ths mt of crude. Ukrtatnafta’s share in Ukraine’s total refining output comprised 31.3% in 2003.
