UMH acquires 32.5% of i.ua web portal

United Media Holding (A65 GF: BUY) announced today it completed the acquisition of a 32.5% stake in i.ua, a Ukrainian web portal. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. I.ua is one of the top-5 most accessed Ukrainian portals, with a daily audience of ~220 ths people, according to i.ua. After the, UMH’s portfolio of Internet projects consists of 18 websites.
