Universalna Insurance AGM Approves New Share Issue

According to a company press release, shareholders of Universalna Insurance (SKUN: BUY) at their AGM on March 24 approved a USD 32.2 mln share offering at USD 2.18 per share, in line with the current market price. The share issue raises the company’s equity to USD 61.4 mln.
