Universalna Insurance To Hold Additional Share Issue

Universalna Insurance (SKUN) Ukraine’s 15th largest insurer in terms of gross premiums, plans to vote on an additional share issue which will increase the company’s share capital by 66.6% to USD 19.8 mln at its AGM on December 19.
