Velyka Kyshenya Plans IPO of 15-25% Stake in 2008

The Financial Director of Kviza Trade, Oleh Pyavka, said that Velyka Kyshenya is looking at placing a 15-25% stake in the middle of 2008 via IPO. Kviza Trade is the trade operator of Retail Group (RTGR: N/R), which is the managing company for supermarket chain Velyka Kyshenya. Retail Group’s current market capitalization is USD 775 mln.
