Veres Group considers IPO

Veres Group, one of the biggest Ukrainian preserved food producers, is looking at an IPO, Oleksiy Pertin, CEO of Smart Holding, Veres’s parent, told Investgazeta yesterday. Pertin said that the holding is focusing on its core enterprises, like Veres, while non-core assets will be sold.
