Volynoblenergo to pay UAH 1 mln in dividends

At their AGM yesterday, shareholders of electricity distribution company Volynoblenergo (VOEN) decided to pay dividends amounting to UAH 973 ths, or 15% of the company’s 2008 net income. DPS is UAH 0.002, dividend yield is 0.5%.
