XXI Century Receives Construction Permit

A major Ukrainian real estate developer, XXI Century (XXIC LN: BUY) announced it received a construction permit for the Kvadrat-Myloslavska shopping center in Kyiv. Groundbreaking is scheduled for 1Q08 while commissioning of the project is expected late in 2009. According to the XXI Century announcement the shopping center’s area will total 54 th m2, with a GLA of 34.5 th m2.
