XXI Century Receives Permit for Kvadrat in Sevastopol

According to the company’s website, the major Ukrainian real estate developer XXI Century (XXIC LN: BUY) received a construction permit for a Kvadrat shopping center in Sevastopol. The total area of the center will amount to 91 th m2. The first phase will be completed in 2009.
