Yuschcheko Leaves For Official Visit To Kazakhstan

President Viktor Yushchenko will visit Kazakhstan from May 30 to May 31 to meet with Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev. Concorde Capital: The visit is likely part of Ukraine’s strategy to further diversify its source of oil supplies. The two sides may sign agreements allowing to Ukraine to purchase some of the Kazakh oil which is shipped through its territory. Naftohaz Ukrainy and KazMunaiGas will also discuss an agreement on the prospects of drilling for oil and gas in Ukraine.
