Zaporizhstal's 2006 Sales Increased to USD 1.6 bln

Zaporizhstal (ZPST: N/R) posted mixed 2006 financial results. Sales were up 12.7% yoy to USD 1.59 bln (5% above our forecast). Net income amounted to USD 144.8 mln, well below our forecast of USD 171 mln (net income was USD 151.2 mln in 2005).
