Zaporizhtransformator Increases Net Revenues By 67% In 2005, Pays USD 5.2 mln In Dividends.

The company’s net revenues made up USD 110.2 mln, in line with our projections (USD 111 mln), while net income increased significantly from USD 0.05 mln in 2004 to USD 7.1 mln in 2005. 72.8% of net income will go for dividends (USD 0.0024 per share), 22.2% – for increase in working capital, 5% – to reserve fund.
