Zaporizhtransformator To Deliver 9 Transformers For USD 11 mln.

The customer, Federal Network Company of United Energy System manages the Russian national electricity network. The contract will be executed in 2005-07. Zaporizhtransformator (ZATR: Buy) is also trying to win an additional contract with this company for 4 more transformers in a deal worth USD 4 mln. In Feb ZATR won a tender for the delivery of 11 transformers to Kazakh companies for USD 12.5 mln. Concorde Capital: Based on the existing and planned contracts, ZATR management plans to increase sales by 70% in 2005 to USD 111 mln, and post a net income of USD 2.5 mln ? up from USD 0.1 mln in 2004.
