Zaporizhtransformator to pay USD 66.2 mln in dividends

At their EGM on July 21, Zaporizhtransformator (ZATR: BUY) shareholders decided to make a USD 66.2 mln dividend payout (DPS is USD 0.03, dividend yield 7.0%), 78% of the company’s 2007 net income. Dividends will be paying out from August 6 to December 31, 2008. At the EGM Zaporizhtransformator shareholders also confirmed plans to increase sales up to USD 750 mln in 2008. Inna Perepelytsya: The management’s sales plans for 2008 were available at the beginning of this year and were accounted in our forecasts (sales of USD 770 mln).
