Zhydachiv Paper Directs 2006 Net Income to Development

Zhydachiv Pulp & Paper’s (ZCPK) AGM met on May 29 and approved their 2006 financial results: net income of USD 2.1 mln (+6.8% yoy) and sales of USD 69.8 mln (+13.8% yoy). Shareholders voted to direct 2006 net income into developing production rather than paying out dividends. Zhydachiv Pulp & Paper is the only producer of newsprint in Ukraine, and also makes wrapping paper, unbleached pulp, pasted board, boxboard and corrugated board.
