Zhytomyroblenergo AGM approves reinvestment of 2007 net income

Interfax reported yesterday that Zhytomyroblenergo (ZHEN: HOLD) shareholders decided at their AGM on May 20 to reinvest the company’s 2007 earnings in the amount of USD 44 ths.
