Motor Sich Plans To Attract Debt Financing?

23 August 2008

During a press conference at the MAKS-2007 airshow in Russia, Motor Sich (MSICH: BUY) CEO Vyacheslav Boguslayev said that the company will continue tapping financial markets by issuing fixed income securities, but did not disclose further details. Inna Perepelytsya: To date, Motor Sich has received external financing from bank loans. The company’s debt-to-equity (including short and long-term debt) ratio in 1H07 was 22%. We think that the company’s EBITDA can cover all of its cash needs. Attracting additional financing should not be a priority.
