Bank Of Georgia Looking To Buy A Ukrainian Bank.

Bank of Georgia (BOG: BUY) has announced plans to purchase a mid-sized Ukrainian bank. The bank’s CEO Lado Gurgenidze said that he is currently involved in talks to buy a Ukrainian bank. Concorde Capital:  Buying a Ukrainian bank is in line with BOG’s aggressive acquisition policy. After having solidified its position as the top bank in Georgia, BOG is now looking to develop a presence in the former Soviet Union.
