Bank Pivdenny Looking To Buy a Bank In Western Ukraine

According to a press release by Bank Pivdenny (BPVD) the bank is looking into the possibility of buying a small to mid-sized bank in western Ukraine to expand its branch network. Pivdenny is looking for a bank with five or six regional offices. Bank Pivdenny is Ukraine’s 18th largest bank in terms of assets.
