Imports of pharmaceuticals rises 38% yoy in 1Q08

Pharmaceutical product imports grew 38.4% yoy in 1Q08 to USD 498.6 mln, the State Statistics Committee reported yesterday. In 2007 imports amounted to USD 1,872.3 mln, up 35.3% yoy.
