Interpipe Announces Initial Phase Of London IPO Plans.

In a press release last night, Ukrainian billionaire Viktor Pinchuk’s Interpipe group announced it was in the initial phase of preparations for an IPO on the London Stock Exchange. According to the press release Interpipe’s shareholders voted to begin preparations for a London IPO and these initial preparations will be carried out over the next four months. The company plans to hold its IPO in the second half of 2008.
