Khlibprom Acquires a 24% Stake in EcoLan

According to Kommersant newspaper, a major Ukrainian bread producer, Khlibprom (HLPR: N/R), acquired a 24% stake in EcoLan, a Lviv-based bread & baked goods producer. The amount of the deal has not yet been disclosed.
