Lutsk Issues USD 2 mln in Local Bonds

The Lutsk City Council has issued USD 2 mln (UAH 10 mln) in local bonds. The bonds have a coupon of 12% and mature in December 2009 (28 months). Bank Forum (FORM: BUY) lead managed the issue.
