The ruling cancels the previous decisions of the Pechersk and Appeals courts, which ordered the company?s assets returned to the state. Concorde Capital: The court?s decision comes on the heels of President Yushchenko?s announcement that Kryvorizhstal would be the only re-privatization case in the country. During her tenure, former-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko pushed for the re-privatization of Azot Severodonetsk, which was included in the government?s list of companies to be re-privatized even before the Supreme Court made its decision.
