TMM Finishes Construction of Chaadaeva 2

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR: BUY) has finished construction of an economy-class residential complex at 2 Chaadeva Street, according to the company’s website. Residents are scheduled to move into their apartments this fall. The landplot is located on the right bank of the Dnipro River in Kyiv, 30 minutes away from the city center by public transportation. According to TMM, the 23-story building and parking complex has a total salable area of 14,456 m2.
