Trading operations
We have in-depth expertise and many years of experience in conducting trading operations of any complexity, both on the domestic and international stock markets.
We work with the following fixed income instruments
- Ukrainian government bonds denominated in UAH are government debt securities issued by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. These bonds are placed on the domestic stock market. The advantage of domestic government bonds compared to bank deposits is the exemption from personal income tax (18%) and military duty (1.5%).
- Foreign currency domestic government bonds are government debt securities issued by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and denominated in foreign currency, most often in US dollars. Foreign currency domestic government bonds are an attractive instrument, as this type of securities allows hedging against the risk of hryvnia devaluation, and the yield on such securities is usually higher than the rates on foreign currency deposits in a bank.
- Repurchase agreements are transactions of purchase or sale of securities with an obligation to resell (buy) them at a specified date at a predetermined price based on a single repurchase agreement.
