Ukrtelecom (UTEL: BUY) signed a three-year agreement withtheFinnish company Nokia to supply 3G network equipment. According to UTEL’s previously announced plan, the network will be launched in Kiev and then expanded to other large cities in Ukraine by July 2007. Alexander Paraschiy: This is good news for UTEL, which after being granted a 3G mobile license almost a year ago, has delayed building a network.
